***** I actually created one for GP4 although it's for personal use only as it contains elements from the original game and other mods. Driving it is a blast - as was the process of gathering info via footage (the above video, for example) and pics to recreate it and then doing it.
i love Österreichring really much, the track is just so amazing, the backdrop is gorgeously scenic. especially its old version, i guess it was one of the best ever racing circuit in europe then. sadly the reconstruction/reconfiguration conducted my hermann tilke ruined its original character. greatest thanks to Metz087 for sharing this video, a very precious footage. thanks
Why did they have to shorten the Osterreichring to become the crappy, A1/Red Bull ring, shortening the track will lower the lap times, that just doesn't make sense to me.
Warwick Bull well the pit straight was too narrow for f1. The 1987 Austrian GP had i think 3 seperate startline pile ups as they triedto get the race started. When its hard to even get every car across the startline at lights out then you have a problem
