Tammy's a sad case, @TitaniumTurbine. She got involved with the wrong guys back in the WWE and they got her addicted to pills and other things as well. This guy she was with now was a real piece of work himself. He allowed her to drive knowing she was wasted and he was there when she rented the car. He helped convince the car dealership to rent her the car even without her having a license. So the whole situation is just messed up - FUBAR like you wouldn't believe! But at least Tammy won't hurt anyone else now behind bars. It's sad someone had to die for this to happen but that was going to be the outcome either way. Every day I was reading about her and her boyfriend getting into some type of trouble and it just kept escalating. It was almost like a cry for help. At least that's what it seemed like to me, anyways. I thought for sure that it was gonna be her that the bad thing happened to but it turned out to be a complete stranger and that's what makes her situation more tragic. Because, if something had happened to her or her boyfriend, people would've been like "Well, we saw that coming". But, because an innocent person was killed because of her actions, that's what makes everything more horrible. I wonder how the WWE's going to react if she's convicted? I wonder if they'll remove her from the Hall of Fame? The best place for Tammy to be right now is behind bars. I don't know if she'll go there, though. I don't exactly know what charges she's facing but, if it's vehicular manslaughter, not everybody goes to jail for that. I knew somebody personally who was a close family friend and he was arrested for vehicular manslaughter, @TitaniumTurbine. He killed someone with his car while he was drunk. His family got him a paid attorney and he got probation because he hadn't been in trouble before. I know Tammy's been in trouble a lot with the law but they just keep giving her a slap on the wrist and I don't know why that is. Because now there's an even worse situation that has taken place because they never keep her in jail. She may be convicted for vehicular manslaughter and then they may give her probation. She's probably gonna be held more accountable in civil court than criminal court and that's because the family of the victim can sue her and the car dealership for negligence for a massive amount of money and that can't happen if she's in jail. That may be the reason why she gets long term probation. Because if she's behind bars, then the family can't go after her in civil court until she's released. That could be why she gets released again - to give the family some type of compensation and closure. I know it won't bring back their loved one but it would probably help to give them some closure. We'll have to see how it plays out. Maybe Tammy will be held accountable and she'll go to jail this time? Who knows? We'll have to wait and see, @TitaniumTurbine.
