I thought 2nd bedroom would keep high standard. For that money I would definitely expecting that. Other thing, balcony is on the noisy road. Apart of these the issues apartment is cramped in a walking spaces, kitchen small. What I like is overall high standard of deco. I know it's Monaco but think it's to pricy.

did i see something wrong or is it that people have to pass by the bedroom to get to the living room? that would be awkward

For $4.5 Million you get to have a view of another apartment building from the living room AND you are right beside a noisy highway ! NO THANK YOU !

The view of the sea turns out to be the view of noisy street.

Not good value for the money to small and seemed cramped. Not to mention the noise. 😮
