SCH is self-resolving - No treatment is needed but please look out for the CAUSE such as HYPERTENSION and look for signs of ocular trauma when indicated

@@satishgirap8937 Please NEVER stop blood thinners - SCH is harmless. Some surgeons stop aspirin/ clopidogrel before an intraocular surgery if the risks outweigh benefits.

Yes, any Valsalva Manoeuvre could cause SCH :)
