Recipe: 18 cm high round pans or bread pans (23 × 13 × 7)
Ingredients: 100 g of unsalted butter, 100 g of milk, 100 g of cake flour or all purpose flour,
6 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1. Melt butter in milk.
2. Mix milk + melted butter with flour and mix well.
3. Mix 6 egg yolks and mix with vanilla extract.
4. Add sugar to egg whites to make meringue.
5. Gently mix the meringue and dough mixture.
6. Put the batter into the hot water pan and place it in the
preheated oven.
Bake for 1 hour at a temperature of 150 degrees Celsius.
