McQueenValois Yes, that's right, they were both named after characters in Lord of The Rings, Sam's name is Samwise!

Celine StClair nope. He said in a panel he and his brother were named after characters in LOTR but he has since said that although he was named after Samwise his birth certificate just says Sam. His brother is definitely called Cirdan though.

Celine StClair perhaps he didn't expect others to know the name or the name escaped him for the moment. I certainly wouldn't have remembered it.

Just watched KDS interview." Trying to match Caitrionas sister with Sams brother." K said it would an unusual family reunion, and i say "UNLESS, unless its two brothers married to two sisters...mmmph
