This is a pound cake recipe made without pancake mix.
We have added a chunk of sweet potato and the texture of black sesame seeds.
The video uses rice flour, but it can be made with cake flour as well.

▷Ingredients:
150g〜 sweet potato
100g unsalted butter
80g cane sugar
2 whole eggs
90g rice flour
20 g ground almond
4g baking powder
20g black sesame seeds
▷How to make:
1. Wash sweet potatoes, cut into cubes, and soak in water for 5 minutes.
2. Drain the water, cover with plastic wrap, and cook on 600W for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Mix unsalted butter and sugar well. Beat the egg and add it in 3 parts.
4. Add rice flour, ground almond , baking powder, and black sesame seeds. Add sweet potatoes.
5. Pour the dough into a mold lined with a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 40-45 minutes.
6. Unmold, wrap in plastic wrap, and cool.
