Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 40-45 minutes.

400 g (3 small apples)
40 g granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 g tea leaves
Sponge cake ends (or cookies if you don't have them)
1 egg yolk + 1 tsp milk
1. Wash apples, remove skin and seeds, and cut into cubes.
