Ingredients for Strawberry Millefeuille
1 and a half frozen pie sheets 18 x 18 cm
Sugar powder　
Strawberries as needed
Custard cream　
2 egg yolks
Sugar 20g
200 ml milk
A few drops of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons flour
100ml whipping cream
Topping
○Strawberries, to taste
50 ml of whipped cream
