Marine used both of her sense of "how to approach normies" and her experience being a "black company employee" at the same time. Man, she definitely felt really relieved when the misunderstandings are solved. And through this interaction, seems like we can see that Subaru is really expressive with what she said. Whenever she retorts or "angry", we instantly thought she's probably playing around since we can't see her face. Based on Marine's statement, seems like Subaru's face will actually turn sour when she's "upset" or "sad" when she's dejected. No wonder people like to tease her, she's just THAT expressive.

Although it's probably better never know, I really wonder where Subaru is from, other than somewhere in Kansai. The straightforward way she communicates is really different from Eastern Japan, but it's straightforward and earnest even for many places in Kansai.
