Subaru Forester E-Boxer Review | A car that punches well above... 

Superb review again Nobby. Such a underrated brand. Boring design but superb build quality and usability. Subaru's 4wd is one of the best in the world.

Thanks Nobby, a much anticipated review from an Irish perspective on this car. I've been waiting for this to see what you thought of it, after moving from a Legacy tourer diesel to a Honda CRV AWD due to the Boxer diesel crankshaft issue, this one os now on my shortlist for the next car. The fuel consumption is a little high and will struggle to compete with the Rav 4 hybrid but as you say, Subaru is not for the masses and its always nice having a car that not too many people on the road have which is definite when you own a Subaru

Subaru Style doesn't say much But when I drive it Says alot about the performance and the Handling are very close to the Luxury cars. It's very affordable to own One 😀👍💟

It's missing a trademark Subaru scoop! Had an 01 forester turbo, God it liked petrol, but sounded good!

49000€ in Ireland, that's extortionate! Staring price in Germany is 34990€.

So well made cars but they really need to improve their design.

Can you put a sunglasses on while driving or the system will be constantly beeping?

I fancy one of these. Can the eye checking for looking straight ahead be turned off?

Paddles are gear changers

Why do the Japanese manufactures use CVT gearboxes? They make the car sound awful! This sounds pretty quiet until you accelerate! Can you switch off the beeps things? That is what most people do! :-)

Too much chrome on the outside. Bring back the colour coded door handles and remove the chrome from around the windows, it doesn't need it.

Looks like ssangyong ugly and out of proportion.good all round review.

That single exhaust makes it ugly from the rear...
