Not gonna lie, first time I watched this video.. i knew what exhaust I am getting. It sounds great. Didn't want a loud ass exhaust, but also wanted one that sounded low-ish grumble that says "if you wanna go, we can go" Much appreciated for pointing me to Kakumei

Thanks! Decals do not cost much here in Ukraine, winter tyres do. 16 inch wheels are for winter. For summer there are 18 inch ones, which are much better, I agree. 18 inch winter tyres are way to expensive here ;-(

You can do this in any subaru, AWD is beneficial though and obviously more control in snow and uneven terain.

BOV= Blow Off Valve. It is usually not installed and one of the beloved upgrade parts.

Usually, if you turbo is not upgraded, no ECU re-mapping is required. TurboXS BOV would meet all your needs. If BOV is releasing more air then stock bypass valve did,your MAF reading will be impacted. As result, fuel consumption grows and some fuel will burn exhaust pipe. If you plan to upgrade turbo, nozzles and work with higher flows, ECU has to be re-mapped, so BOV impact will be taken into account then. Hope my answer helps you to make a decision.

Driving my dad's 2001 Impreza RS, its a really good car for stuff like this, but the impreza's any time before 2002/2003 have a tendancy for bad seams in the metal around the rear fenders, so for canadians like me, rust sucks if you have snowy winters.

This was a WRX from mid 2005, which was upgraded to STI specs first and ... then further. This car was sold some months ago. Working on some new projects now ;-)

I'm just into coupes more than sedans that's why i asked if that year is a good one. If you know another year with a better engine please let me know. I didn't do a lot of research on those Subarus yet.

depending on where you live, you can probably pick up a 98-01 impreza rs for around 4-5k. and that should get you one that'll run well and have decently low mileage. you can drive that around till you save up the other 2-4k it'll take to get a wrx engine. i just had to replace my engine in my 04 wrx and it cost me 4k. but my new engine has only 38,000 on it.

I have 3 Subaru Impreza WRX STi's a 98 Impreza WRX STi 2BB a 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX STi Sedan and my first one my 2005 Subaru Impreza WRX STi and I do all the same stuff what year is this one bro?
