I tried subcutaneous injections a couple times, but I always get a strange reaction. It feels like I metabolize the testosterone very quickly and towards the evening I get estrogen dominance. Almost seems like the test is dumped into my bloodstream very quickly. On Reddit, I found a few anecdotes of others with a similar effect from subq. Have you ever come across this? I would much rather be able to do subq for steadier levels but currently stuck on IM.

Dancingbear most of my patients are on EOD, some are on daily, a few are still on every 3.5 days (if it ain’t broke...). My patients have access to 10ml sterile vials for multi dosing.
@@themenshealthclinic In Australia the options are scarce at best. 1ml pre loaded vials of Enanthate 250ml is the only option given. Very hard to micro dose Any ideas?
Do all your guys do their subq in the belly fat? I’ve been doing mine in the top upper thigh fat or the fat pad on the top of my glute where I used to do my deep IM. I know there are more capillaries in the belly fat so absorption should be a little quicker I’m assuming. Once you reach a steady state though does it really matter what fat you inject into? Why then the higher frequency for subq when the absorption is slower? That part doesn’t make sense to me. Wouldn’t it be backwards, more frequency for IM and less for subq.
I noticed a dip when swapping from IM .5mL twice a week to 0.15mL ED with my US prescribed and provided TRT. Fortunately I live in Mexico and just went to the farmacia and front loaded a bit more in other sub-q spots. Not recommended medically but as a liberty loving adult it's what I chose to do.
Yes. It’s not about bang for you bucks, more stability and minimising your risk of excess aromatisation with IM compared to s/c. You often need a higher total dose with s/c.
I switched from im to subq 1 week ago. And i feel a crash, my libido is down. How long it takes to feel good again? Some people say they have no crash and some say it need a couple weeks to stabilize?
i thought the NHS only prescribed nebido and what are your thoughts on Nebido? I've just started treatment but heard nothing but bad things but my doctor said thats the only one available on NHS
I need HELP! I’m in USA and tried cottonseed and Grapeseed oil for test Cyp SubQ and no matter where I stick it I get very itchy large nodules that show up 3 days later and stay there for 6 weeks!!!! I’m out of locations to stick it now and need help. I made sure to bury my 27G 1/2 pin at 90 degrees to ensure it goes deep enough.

Have you watched the recent video from trt and hormone optimization. Some guy on there saying subq doesn’t give optimal results. Doesn’t site any studies or any blood work to back up his claims. Just says that an oil based drug should not be injected into subcutaneous tissue, because of the lack of blood supply for the most part. He gave other reasons, but it all seemed a bit speculatory too me. He also said you get less of a peak from subq which I would think is a good thing. Steady state is what we want. Right? It shouldn’t be about numbers, but about how we feel.

You’re probably referring to Gil T who claims to be a doctor but he’s not. He’s a male swimsuit competitor. He owns a trt clinic but isn’t a doctor but he does claim to be one. He’s basically just a male nurse aka trt coach. He’s a complete idiot and argues with everyone who doesn’t agree with him. He has his way and everyone else is wrong. He says 3 days a week of 50 mg per injection shallow I’m is the only way that works period. lol. That group is a bunch of morons. The change there views and flip flop more than a hooker changes her panties. lol.
