Sublime embarked on an East Coast tour in April of 1996. Bradley had quit heroin cold turkey just 3 days before this show. Even though the video isn't full I absolutely love it. Brad is clean having a good time on the total opposite side of the country playing Sublimes music that everyone is singing along to. You can tell he is feeling it this night. I took the best video qualities of each song (from various releases) and edited them together for the best view of the show possible. Enjoy!

I was there too!! Do you remember when they played 40 oz to freedom brad changed the lyric to “life is one big question when you’re staring at that rock”??? Damn. Legendary. I still have my ticket stub. My girlfriend got kicked out for being too wasted. But snuck back in. Epic. We broke up but got back together 20 years later and had a kid. Anyway.

They played a long set!! I remember brad saying they were gonna give us our money’s worth. It was only a $10 show!!

The best part of this whole show was when Brad jumped off stage went right to the bar and ordered a gin and tonic, Devin and I got him and went to the bleachers in the back and had a after show session with him................R.I.P.................... my friend.

Man.. Brad's voice is like caramel... so sweet and so nice.. Eric's hair is doing good things here.. its like a Dali painting 🖼.. Brad would leave us in just under 6 weeks from this night here.. And we just had his 25th anniversary of his passing a few days ago..

almost exactly 15 years ago, wow. Of all the times I hit the Capitol Ballroom, this is one time I wish I could turn back the clock, and see an unknown LEGEND perform.

I seen rage the night before and met Brad funny fucken awesome guy drank and smoked down and did a couple hog legs he gave my friend Stacy a cd we played it on the way home what a night don’t get no better than that
