I know the sounds bad but I don’t want them to be nerfed. They are extremely fun to blow up your friends while they don’t expect it and the sub is pretty weak

This one guy kept blowing up my sub during my heist prep so I waited for him to sell his business and blew it up with the guided missles(he was doing post op so easy money)

The Submarine is pretty balanced IMO

the yacht is no longer useless, you can park your submarine beside it and connect the defenses areas, so the broomstick boys will have a very difficult time catching you.

This is why I spend most of my time inside the tunnels and subway systems.

Guys, park your sub next to your Yacht with the defences turned on

I was selling cargo and somebody was trying to grief me with it...Now this is an avengers level threat

I've been using the guided missiles to hunt down broomsticks It's amazing how safe they feel and fly in a straight line or land on building tops looking for the next victim. It's nice knowing they will have something to fear now

I just wish it wouldnt let the missile near the yacht if it has anti air on. Its not logical that the AA defenses can take down sniper bullets but cant take down a missile the size of a jetski

Odd how the yacht can take down small & quick missiles, yet it can't for this long & slower guided missile.

Do you now that pavel can say its good sport shooting people on flying bikes (aka opressor mk 2)

Since I bought the Rockets I decided to make the money back by collecting bountys with it, so far I got 53 People with 310k in bountys. I'm slowly working my way up to the 1.9 Mill I gladly wasted and I do not regret it. Edit: I just reached the 1 million in bountys.

Never would hav thought they would’ve came out with something that makes the orbital cannon useless

You can activate nightvision or thermalvision before starting the missile, and you will have this vision as missile :)

Just wanna say, it takes more skill to sit in the chair than doing anything on a mk2

They are 5 times more op on pc because of the sensitivity difference

For those commenting about its weak armor just start up a setup (I normally do the one where you go scope out cayo perico) and your sub should take 50+ explosives. You can still do everything

You can switch seats after firering one missle. Both missle controll seats have seperate cooldowns you you can just use one missle while the other one is reloading meaning that you can essencialy fire without pause if nobody is occupying the other seat.

I remember i was with a friend in a sparrow and there was a guided missile chasing me...yeah it couldn't catch me lmao. We were doing the gather intel mission so i just decided to jump off just at the right time to not kill me. It was fun.

Honestly, I feel like it’s pretty well balanced. Not to mention it’s perfect for any military role players out there

You can actually go into autopilot with the periscope JUST outside the water and you'll be submerged / off the radar while able to use periscope, launch guided missiles, AND launch sparrow

what i do when taking out ground targets is stay at altitude before you get close to them on the map then aim down towards the player like a tomahawk missile. that way the players barely see it coming and have less time to react and can barely defend against it. the only down side to this is the rendering distance of on foot players means you have to stay committed to the strike because on console you cannot turn quickly. if the target is in a vehicle they render in much sooner plus you can usually spot them as moving faster than traffic, type of vehicle, running reds and most always have neon under glow or upgraded lights, all things you should use to help spot your target. as soon as you have confirmed your target you can start making adjustments early to your flight path in order to intercept your target. always try to stay just in front of moving vehicles rather than hitting them directly. that way the target will drive into the explosion which has a nearly 100% success rate. blowing up along side them or directly on them may not work due to latency. also the potential for near by collateral damage with other exploding vehicles will cause more damage to armoured vehicles than a direct hit (you should only directly hit armoured vehicles if they are on there own). if timed right exploding just before you hit the ground will cause a lager damage radius too, but you should practice the aiming of the missiles and become good at that before you try to implement that. i have a over 200 player kills with the guided missiles and it is my favourite passed time as well as tool to deal with griefers. I hope my tips help people and thank you for taking the time to read this.

I wanted to share that, During the preps setup for the heist, You can actually use fast travel to the nearest target to destroy the buzzer using this cannon. Very useful and solo friendly. I tried it for few times, just need practice for accuracy.

I love the guided missiles, so much fun. I noticed that when you hit straight into the back of a mk2 or plane after following it doesnt do any damage to the vehicle or player. It blows up but they are fine

I love it! I use it going downwards so it’s hard to hit. It side way but I go right up as I get to close to the ground

And also btw guys, if u activate thermal helmet before sitting down on the chair and launching the missile, u will get thermal vision on the missile 😏😏

I love them my freind was fighting a CEO whith 4 people in it and I got in my sub and just rained hell on them from vespucci beach I was able to get the missle to the casino

Tbh i feared that the missiles were some kind of thermobaric-huge blast or even nuclear, after seeing this idk if i should be relieved or even more fearful

Quick tip. You can manually detonate the missiles. Its insanely obvious on how to do it.

It's stupid that they make other things like the stealth choppa, and the plane weak and useless and then they add this.

The sub is actually the first ever thing I've ever spent over 1 mil on and its somewhat fun being out of the city away from grifers and I sometimes help people from the shadows while they do VIP work and etc

I spent the last 2 hours firing non stop guided missiles. Anyone who was not practicing social distancing was targeted. Even in GTA you must keep social distance.

They're pretty handy for oppressors if you get the jump, as the explosion radius is quite impressive.

Dont know if its already commented, but on pc the missile turning speed is connected with the dpi of the mouse. So higher dpi, closer turning Radius. Also thermal and nightvision can be used with those missile if you activated thermal or nightvision through the helmets before using the stations

Had a few interesting things happen in my own test. While flying the RO-86 the missile detonated early before it hit the tail for unknown reasons while directly over a submarine, was unable to destroy the missile in a console public lobby, and some vehicles recieve a lock on warning if its nearby.

if you press the climb button at the exact time when it passes by you can climb on top of it and it can send you quite a ways off.

I've found hitting air targets on the back, MKII Oppressors, even a Velum, can get away unscathed. Granted I will experiment more on console

I was sub hunting last night with the Lazer and I took out 1 after another in the lobby. I long ways pass and they explode. It was fun as hell.

I think they’re really well balanced honestly and I enjoy killing people with them when I can sometimes not always that easy mainly because on Consol it like you said it’s really hard to turn it although it looks like PC much easier
