Day 14 for me. I've been on 8/2 for 10 years. Went to 2mg for about a year. Jumped 2 weeks ago. All by accident. I forgot a dose one day, and when I realized, I had no time to even take any. Work was too busy. But then, I felt fine. So I pushed. Try 1 more day. Day 2 I had 0 withdrawls through day 6. Withdrawl really started on day 7. The last 7 days, the withdawls have been near ZERO for me. A tiny bit of lethargy. A tiny bit of tardive dikenesia with electrical shocks all through my body. It felt good though. Like an electric massage. I have slept 8 hours a day from day 1 to just now every night. No restless anything the whole time. 2 mg clonazepam for sleep. I needed clonidine 1 time. 1 pill. Gabapentin 2 times for the electrical stuff just so I could work. I was at work at a very hard job on a Saturday night on day 7 or 8. Did fine. Felt sluggish, but once I got moving, 9 hours later, I felt good. My overall 10 year kick was a 2/10. My chemistry just lined up I guess. Im baffled. Not one stomach cramp or diarrhea. No vomiting. No sweats. Im going to suggest my doctor does a study on me. Getting through my deepest fear for 10 years+ with literally almost ZERO symptoms... A miracle or a fluke? I have an opinion. Good luck to everyone. Im day 14 today and I feel great for the 3rd day in a row. Like GREAT. Happy. Revelations are coming. Feelings overload. A lot of good crying and resolution with my therapist. She said we got more done in 1 session than she had ever seen. No depression. I just feel like I won the lottery!!!!
Bro! Congratulations on 2 weeks and getting back into the work world! You look and sound great. Just remember these videos when life tries to get you down. You got this brother!
That’s a good idea. The physical is a lot less at this point, and the mental is a lot more. Keeping good vibes and knowing that I’m healing everyday keeps me moving the right way.
