This video is one of the better ones. These are the most important points when healing. Just had surgery so the one area I am lacking at is working out 😡. But everything else I had to dial in for this rodeo. I got lucky this time so I'll stay sober... I was coming off benzos and Suboxone! Go figure, the 2 worst ones. And I beat this shit for the most part easily! Because, no stress, time off and a supportive family. Your points are valid. O and diet is a must. No sugar!!!!!!!!!!
