If you did that in England the police would be involved, van owners insurance company, health and safety. Somebody would definitely be fined and somebody would spend the next twelve months worrying about a prison sentence and/or a criminal record. Their marriage would break down and they would end up living in a bedsit on crack.
The thing is.. the van driver probably thought..No worries, my bad and went about his day.... Over here... he'd want to sue the building site owner for 'daring' to build where HE wants to park!
Friends of mine put a poorly parked vehicle on top of warehouse shelving rack with a fork lift. Dude begged for an hour and almost had a nervous breakdown over it.
Glad they didn’t damage the van. I’ve seen video of people pouring cement thru windows and sunroofs, completely destroying the vehicle. Blocking drives doesn’t give anyone the Right to destroy a persons car. Move it yes, damage no.
Plot twist - That was the inspector's van. They put a stop-order in place, but by the time the crew realized his van was in the way, the inspector was already hardening in a block of cement
