The title may sound like an oxymoron, but it's true. This power fishing tactic is subtle. It's a fast moving large baitfish profile. It moves big river smallmouth from their comfortable laminar flow areas and gets them to eat. This "day 2" excerpt shows the progression of my rigging and presentation comprehension, experimentation and rigging of this effective bait. I come off of the topwater presentation and go subsurface.
