Thank you. For stop by. Make a preview inspection. On both heater hoses. Sometimes. Is just the connector on the end of one of the hoses. But not. The heater core. Any question leave here. I will do my best to help. 😀.
I REPLACED MINE IN A 006 TAHOE, IS HARD AT THE BEGINING BUT THEN, IS EASY, JUST REMEMBER HOW TO PUT IT BACK, IT HELPS TO TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS YOU CAN, USE YOR PHONE, AND YOU RIGHT, CAREFULL WITH THE LITTLE DOOR, IS VERY EASY TO BRAKE IT, BUT THANK YOU MY FRIEND, NICE VIDEO, THANK YOU !!! BLESS !!!
Nice! I wasn't aware there was a rear heater core... I'm not used to these big family vehicles!! New father here. Guess this is a new-daddy problem. Thanks for the great video! I was worried about blown head gasket / internal engine issues
Thanks for the video. I also have a leak but it's the coolant hose that has a hole in it... So at least I don't have to replace that core heater. Good job.
Well. All. Depends. You have to make sure. Where exactly. The leak come from. Because it can be leaking. From inside. Of the heater core. Thats how. The parts call. Pr. It can be leaking. From the end of the. Heather hose that has a black plastic on the end. And it has a o ring seal. And it can be leaking from there.
@@1Wayfix already know i have the core and lines, but i am missing the T fittings and the rear core is completely bypassed. Can’t fix the leaks at the rear core yet either. Was it your heater core? Or the o-rings on the lines?
I forgot to ask. For the rear heater core lines to be replaced. The ones that run from the back of car to the front, does the suspension have to be removed. Cause it looks buried in there when I checked under the car
I whats the problem with the line. ??? If the end of the lines is damaged. Just. Buy 1ft. Of 5/8 heater hose. And 2 clamps. And. Thats it. You dont need to replace the all line.
@@xx-fu5ion-god-xx953 Just unplug the line. From the heather. Then cut it. From where is leaking. And then just add. A 5/8 heater hose from where you cut off To the heater.
When replacing the heater core lines does the heater core need to be replaced as well. For other vehicles it needs to be replaced as an assembly. Does this apply for Chevy tahoes?
I have leak from the rear heater hose on my 2011 tahoe, unable to find GM or acdelco hose and tee, if someone can help me with parts number, i would be very grateful guys …. Thanks you all 😊
The problem is from the connector it self, i found dorman 800419, but im aiming to GM. Why they dont make 90 degrees connectors!!? Strange! . Also im looking for the hose part number as well. I’ll change both
@@fasooly777 well. For now you can just cut the end where the connector is. And slide the rest of the hose. In to the heater pipe and use a clamp. Should. Work for long time.
i just got silverado heater hoses and take all the shit out of my tahoe ezer i remove the ac and heater in the back and to answer the question if back stay warm from the it does
I not sure. If i show the part number. On the video. Because. There is 2 different ones. The one. That i need it that time. Was not in the stores. I purchased from the dealership.
