Today's walk takes you through upmarket Mission Bay situated near Auckland City. Known for its laid-back atmosphere and seaside beach it is a great place to take the family for lunch, or that significant other for a special dinner date.
The area boasts houses that cost well over one million dollars in price value, has clean streets, and is perfect for shoppers. With cafes, bars, and restaurants, you are never far from entertainment or a good beach walk. Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos. I really appreciate it.

Wow.. Such a beautiful neighborhood. I am moving to Auckland next year. Was planning to look for a home in Orakei, now Mission Bay also has my mind blown away. Are these areas the most posh and expensive areas of Auckland suburbs?

In this video homes are over 1 million. In very posh areas it can be 2 million plus very easily. Homes in Auckland Are very expensive.
