I tried make Subway-Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies,today.

I tried make Subway-Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies,today.
Subway-Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies are characterized by being Large, Thin, Crispy on the edges and Chewy and Soft on the inside.
It's a bit Sweet, but it's still a very tasty Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I reduced the amount of Sugar a little, today but I can still feel the various textures of Subway-Style Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies as they are.
You can freeze the dough in the freezer and bake it whenever you need it, so it's for kids in need of sugar recharging after school or as a great gift.

Recipe list- Melted butter- 110g White sugar-70g Brown sugar-100g 1 egg + vanilla extract 3g Flour 180g + Baking soda 2g + a pinch salt Choco chips 180g Then bake! 😊❤

I don't understand what the Person is adding at 00:50 because I don't See it in the recipe

@@NotVrry_Flour It‘s the whisked egg. Instead of pouring the egg into the mixture all at once, they slowly added the egg for a more even consistency. At 00:50 they only added what was left of the egg.
