Great work! I have one video suggestion. You do hypnosis well and I love your therapy videos. You tend to see one or the other but whats very rare is a combination. It would be really cool to start with a therapy session with your supportive psychologist on anxiety then after some discussion recommend hypnotherapy as a potential treatment. Then use an actual clinical induction like "The Flowers Induction" which works really well over the screen and is easy to learn. I just think it would be great to have the caring therapist and a hypnosis video that helps you calm anxiety rolled into one!

Nothing wrong with abundance and well being visualizations. I've been watching for a couple of years now. I realized that for decades I had no problem thinking and visualizing disempowering images. These affirmations are so much better. ♥
