This is my first year planting succulents. They are very pretty. Thank you for sharing! Hope you get better soon! My family has been fighting colds too. UGH!
Miss Panda lucky bamboo (which is not an actual bamboo) requires little light and little water. I only water mine a couple times every three weeks and they're thriving
Get well soon. I recently ordered 20 different succulent cuttings for $20 and a month later they all have rooted except one of the cuttings which has rotted at bottom so Ive just recut bottom and hoping it will work to. (I used youtube to to learn how to build a self watering container out of a esky.. so I made that and then just planted the cuttings and left them :) (I gave them water only once in the month ). Out of the 20 cuttings, in one month Ive got about 35-40 different plants from them. I love succulents and are currently getting rid of my lawn to which Im just going to turn into a succulent garden. (next batch of cuttings I order, Im hoping to order the biggest batch I can order of different types.. I saw one seller offering batches of over 80 different types at a time). Im so excited about the succulent garden Im going to have (Ive already figured out a heap of awesome features using succulents Im going to put in it, including making head molds of family members to turn into head pots with the succulents flowing out and over like hair).
I'm so glad I've seen someone who's as obsessed as my mom. lol 😂 Our whole house literally looks like a garden. She put these succulents everywhere. I used to hate it but now, I'm a bit interested. 😊
Oh my days. They are gorgeous. I love succulents!!!! I just received in the mail I am planning to do a display. Your videos has given so much inspiration 🙌
This looks like a whole collection of succulents 😱 and my only succulent that I have is the Aeonium Kiwi which starts growing from a small pot for years. I've been learning about succulents and love them. I'm gonna try different kinds at the time thank you so much for your time!
I am waiting on my order to arrive!!! Fingers crossed they are as beautiful as yours!!! Thank you bunches for linking me up with the succulent source. They are the best!! I absolutely can't wait to make my arrangement!! Feel better 😉
I love all of your succulents. Thank you so much for the link!! I will use it. I live in Oregon too. We have had a rough winter. I cannot wait to make more succulent pots. I am SO excited!!
Wow, what a mega shipment of succulents! And you recognize and know the names of nearly all of them, so very impressive! In a single shipment, multiples of the number of succulents I've owned in my whole life (and I'm old). The only thing is, your commenting on the colors kind of makes me hyper-aware of my strong deutanism. Oh well, even I can see the nice variety of colors when you spread them all out on the table near the end, LOL. Very nice delivery. I've recently restored my interest in succulents after an absence spanning decades. Looks like semi-retirement can bring back old interests ... which is what landed me here on your video. You sure are chipper for someone who says they're not feeling up to par. Thanks for sharing.
Just discovering some of your videos...love your appreciation of plants and your creative ideas. Thank you for sharing this video, some beautiful succulents in that box!!
I just bought hundreds of seeds from aliexpress, total cost was $17 US. If shipping is your issue use reship.com out of Portland OR, very reliable, cheap, and very practical for all the stuff you can find on .com sites (not .ca sites) that shippers won't send to Canada
I love your videos! You always have exciting and beautiful plants!! I hope to build my collection even bigger than it is now. Succulents I started a few years ago and fell in love with, but I have grown so many other kinds of plants too for many years now. Your new plants are all so amazing and healthy, now im probably going to need more to my collection. My husband says we are going broke😅. 😁Happy planting! Love them all!!
The fuzzy calancho is a "fang" something... They can grow tall, shed their lower leaves, and start to resemble the plant from Little Shop of Horrors! Super cute! 🤣
Hope you were feeling much better after your nap 😁 I love watching your videos, I'm starting to learn so much from you, but still having a problem with remembering some of their names (there's so many to remember lol) ... thank you for another great video 🕊
I love the different beautiful colors of these. I never see ones like that in the store around here (I'm from Oregon too!). Really considering ordering some from this site. I love the cactus they sell too!
Hi! I do love the succulents! Would you consider making a video for flowering kalanchoe? I got one for christmas from the grocery store and am unsure how to take care of it now that the bloom is going over. It is a lovely plant and I hope to encourage it to rebloom somehow. I never could throw out a plant lol!!! My neighbors and extended family and even my dentist have all gotten plants from me that I just didn't have the space for!
You are a real role model! I have recently discovered succulents and I'm so excited to create beautiful healthy displays as well :) thank you for sharing these videos, they are so helpful and inspiring! ^_^ x
Hey Laura, could you please do a video on all the different ways to propagate succulents? I have several different types of cuttings and would love to know. Some I know you take from the leaves and some from stems. It is at times very confusing for me. Thank you so much and keep on posting your awesome videos! :))
+Garden Answer Laura the succulent that you said looked Eastery can be a *Jelly Bean* plant!! OMYGOD I'm so jealous, saving up to order from the Succulent Source!! :)
Hi there, I'm in Australia and it is a rainy winter here at the moment. I was wondering how long it takes for propagated succulent leaves to grow a decent size succulent using grow lights during winter? I absolutely LOVE your work.
I kept cacti when I was a teenager. I think I over-watered them. They take even less than succs. They would usually rot in a year or so. Decided to get some succs now in my 30s since I travel a lot and don't want a pet but want something to make the place look a little more interesting.
I love the succulent wreath! Please do a follow up. I want to do one for my back door wreath, but I'm not convinced it will last the summer into fall (east side covered porch). I'm a novice with succulents. But I've been growing a garden for decades... With carrying degrees of success.
i loved watching this, dude ur enthusiasm is infectious. love watching ur vids.i would order a ton from succulent source, but when shipping is more then the thing im buying.nope..lmao
For everyone ordering online and or looking to get some succulents, u could go to your strawberry festival at your town. That’s what I do at least and my succulents usually cost about 1$ for 1 succulent and they give u a care sheet for your kind of succulent and the name because most people never tell u the name. That at least the people who sell them at my strawberry festival
Where do you get your cuttings from? I live in Vegas and you inspired me to work with succulents, there are so many things you can do with them, My Mom used to make a lot of terrariums and when I saw you videos, you reminded me of her :) Thank you! God Bless!
I had some small succulents, and now they are huge and sprouting baby plants off the sides and shoots of flowers, and I don't know how to take care of them!!
