16:27 Very nice puzzle from Palfly. I started strong then faltered for a while in the middle and those regions did not go where I was expecting!

Loved the border counting circles in this Palfly. Combined with using 0-5, more sublimenes from you!!. You are never to clever for your own good Rangsk. 😀

Sorry for the fiddly end, maybe I should've made the circles a stronger colour so you wouldn't forget those ones X3

This was a bit of a struggle for me, as including 0 always throws me off. 😅 Managed to complete in 13:13, many thanks to Palfly for a very cool (if a bit challenging for me) puzzle!

I had to restart this puzzle a couple of times, first from not fully understanding the rule, and second just from errors. I'm sure I'm still missing something, because I'm just stuck about 15 minutes in on my third attempt. Time for me to just watch, enjoy, and learn!

About 104:00 could have been shorter but was trying to get the regions.
