Sudowrite 101: Writing Fiction Using Write & Generate First Draft 

I just started using Sudowrite and I came across this video. Very helpful! But what the heck is a tokenizer? Is that something I should be using? It really threw me off! Also. Do I have to use first draft or is it just an extra tool to help me with the story? I didn't even know it existed till now and I have mainly used braindump and synopsis to write all my details, thoughts etc... for the story.
