Sudrian railway stories S1 EP9 Albert's ghost 

I enjoyed that. The writing, music and editing was spot-on. That aftermath scene, especially just having the sound and the bells, was chilling.

This was an absolutely amazing remaster. Wish we saw Albert come face to face with Mike though

Seeing Rex's retelling makes me wish we got a series dedicated to the early years of the mid Sodor railway

I personally think that cutting the scene where Mike meets Albert is a shame, however it’s a great episode and remake nonetheless. Keep up the good work!

Excuse me, but Is this a remake ? holy- This is amazing ! the atmosphere and the music is wonderful. It definitely sets the tone even better i might add, to even the original story. It's very interesting seeing the story being viewed by the other characters.

Very well done. But I think the scariest thing in this episode is the miniature engine's faces at the sheds at the start of the episode.

Alberts face reminds me of the Boulder from Rusty and the Boudler, considering he died near a mine and the boulder was awakened by people diggin into a mine,maybe the spirit of Albert inhabits the boulder?

This is yet another version of the Albert story. It’s a good one too as it still fits in with the attitude of Albert. Well done.

that was amazing brought me down memory lane from seven years ago, if i’m correct, love the choice of voices actor, and especially hearing wildnorwestern voice as the manager, though i’m disappointed we don’t get to see the ghostly Albert in the mine this time, but ah well it’s still a great story without.

Amazing! I can’t debate whether to choose over the two versions of this ghost story, the old one’s okay, but I still don’t mind the remade one. Nice to see Rex reunited with the Small railway again.

Scrapping the scene with Mike seeing alberts ghost made me sad.

That was a great remastered from the original story, but this is totally awesome.

While I do prefer the other version, this definitely works. The fact that we never see the encounter doesn’t just mean he knows the ghost exists. The ghost did something to him. Changed him. He saw something that night. Possibly what happened to Albert. *That’s* what Mike saw that night. Edit: Albert’s whistle... really doesn’t work the best. It sounds kind of silly at best.

I shall be removing every single comment complaining about the absence of the ghost scene. If people can't appreciate the hard work that went into this video and just watched it hoping for the ghost scene I see that as being rather ungrateful and narrow-minded. There was a good reason I didn't include that scene I wanted people to use their imagination and figure out for themselves what happened and sometimes the presumption of a ghost is just as good as seeing one. So if you are just going to comment complaining about the absence of the ghost scene your comment shall be immediately removed

Oh i remembers the original episode Great remastered one

While, the sets and atmosphere were definitely superior to the original, the story seems to suffer a little from the extensive rewrite. The fact that Bert was the one telling the story and interacting with Mike was a nice change from the usual Mike and Rex sparring. Furthermore, I’ll second an opinion I’ve seen a lot. While I can certainly appreciate you practicing a less is more approach, the story’s climax feels as though it falls flat without actually seeing Albert’s ghost (the story is named for him after all). Overall a good remake, but not as effective as the others done recently. But hey, that’s only my personal opinion.

considering mikes voice lines only speaks through one speakeer, its really funny, because all you hear in one ear is just music and then the narration or other voice lines ex: 5:33-5:58
