the funny thing about that moment with jin (them recreating the kiss from b,s&t mv) is that the director told yoongi to act irritated and angry at jin trying to kiss him just because jin previously was too shy and embarrassed to do a kiss on camera😅 I absolutely love that funny moment when jin finds out that he has to kiss yoongi and yoongi is just like:"do you want me to brush my teeth?" ahah. yoongi is always chill with things like that. he doesn't find it embarrassing which is cool:)

I think Yoongi was a lot more savage in the beginning because he didn't want to seem weak. But he's so sweet. And yes, OT7 are the most beautiful men ever. They've ruined my standards of men and I'm married 😂😂

Yoongi is such a special man, incredibly talented, he feels things deeply - he didn’t have it easy as a teen, the world wasn’t kind, and I think that is why he does not often show his vulnerability. He deeply loves all BTS members, he really takes good care of them (very quietly) and that is how he shows his love for them - he would protect them with his life 💜💜

Because he is quiet and shy his confession of dark depression to the group helped them to be more open with each other working through depression themselves. Also, love yourself came shortly after a Shinee idol committed suicide, so the Love Yourself album was their way of dealing with depression for ARMY and the was sung to other kpop idols who also suffered. They really did make an impact in their own world with the album and then the world. BTS loves all the trivia information he gives... he is a walking information booth about things they don't know. Another great thing about SHHHHUUUUUGA is he always covers for RM when they are questioned by media and he knows RM is too upset to even give an answer he steps up so naturally in a monotone voice. When he raps you will always hear shhhuuuga just before he comes in. It's his trademark. He promised the schools in his area he would supply meat when they won an award and he did! When you have experienced pain and depression and poverty, then you have the ability to give more compassion. BTS' platform and development have really helped these guys grow, for Suga, it is expressed verbally more than just in music. This is how we learn to love and value people beyond looks - and is why we here in the west find it is strange to fully judge someone or value someone on beauty only.

When JK was still studying Jin would drove JK to school and Suga would pick JK from school, and just like a big brother he would carry JK's bag going home...he is the sweetest he loves cooking for all the members.

I can relate to Sugas personality , he seems like someone who when he is done , he's done and will need to be alone to recharge or he get sarcastic and say something. I do love his sarcastic side with his brothers especially when he is annoyed , but in the end his brothers know him and dont take anything personally. And yes he does have a sweet and caring side and I like that as well. The secret to a personality like sugas is you need to know him very well to sometimes figure out he is showing effection without it being right out there or obvious. My boyfriend isn't very emotional or touch feely or effectionate but he shows it in different ways for example. I was over at his house one morning and he got up for work late, he went around the house swearing being pissed off yelling at me and then just left. About 30 min later he phones and said babe can you remember to take the chicken out. I knew he was calling to apologize even though he disguised it with something else because he usually doesn't call after leaving for work. You really have to know someone well or at least get an understanding of ones personality before we are quick to say so and so is just a jerk. Anyway it was great to see two sides of suga and I love both sides.

One day I’m gonna catch you guys’ live too😭 💪🏻 But I get Suga a lot, I am not an expressionist person myself and just because a person doesn’t show emotions the way others do, doesn’t mean they don’t feel them but actually most of the time it is the opposite. For those kinds of people, being around the right people that want to understand you is the key and luckily that is Suga’s case. His love for his members are so deep, and he is so protective of them, I really love it💜

Something notable is that these are all pretty old clips. I've realized that the guys are a lot kinder to each other now (even if all this stuff was, then, was teasing). I really do think that sometimes it was too rough and...the sad thing is, sometimes it gave 'fans' (not gonna call /these people/ ARMY) the permission to tease members for the same things. Like that clip of Yoongi saying that JK was trying to call Hobi ugly - unfortunately, as you know, there were /a lot/ of people saying that. When I joined the fandom in 2016, that was /still/ a huge thing, hard as that is to believe. (I know that Hobi even nearly left over everything. The name of the member who almost left wasn't released, but due to the timing...yeah.) So I think the guys realized that, in order to set a better example towards the fans (if only that), they needed to chill. We know now that Yoongi is actually really loving and affectionate with the guys - I don't think he thinks any single one of them is worth anything less than another, and I think he felt the same way in these clips too. But, yeah, while the members still tease each other, it's not really like this anymore. I think it's for the better, ultimately u.u

9:56 Yes South Korea has very strict beauty standards, it’s not just fans that made it up, it’s the society in general. They have a few characteristics that I believe have rooted from their history and many dynasties ago. I’m not completely knowledgeable in dynasties but from what I know that’s where the lighter skin the better is rooted. Because peasants in those times had to do hard physical work usually outside so their skin was tanned from the sun, where as royalty stayed in and so they were fair. I’m not sure where the other beauty standards came from but yes South Korea is very toxic with their beauty standards. There is certain weights that are seen as good especially towards women. Ones that I’ve heard of which were mainly big in the 2010s was you should be under 50kgs which I think is absolutely crazy. I say this because every body is different especially with heights and builds giving a one type weight bracket is so dumb. Body proportions are big deal too mainly with smaller heads and long slim legs seen as beautiful. Also a lot of people used to get surgery for their monolids to turn them into double eyelids, I am not sure why this is so but I believe it’s because big eyes were seen as beautiful. But I feel like more people are embracing there mono-lids nowadays which I think is cool. South Korea is a extremely conservative country especially for this day and age, but for may Koreans this is seen as normal, whereas looking from the outside in it may be quite weird and strange to us. I wish South Korea was more accepting in general because these standards often lead to self esteem and mental health issues, but are often not seen as a big deal. Thank you for acknowledging and talking about these things. It may be hard to understand and believe me I don’t truly get it either and I think it’s even harder for Koreans to change because it’s what they’ve known forever so why would it be bad. Sorry for the long rant but yeah just felt the need to elaborate. Thank you.

The Korean beauty standards are so different from American. I think part of why BTS blew up in America is because people were so attracted to RM and his rapping. Yet his face isn't "pretty" in Korea, but he's considered very handsome by international fans and his charisma on stage is so powerful. I am glad Big Hit focused on talent, not looks.

According to Korea Jin's face is symmetrically perfect. To have your face surgery in Korea is started at a very young age... especially the eyes for double lids. We don't get it but it's just Asian looks compared to the west. It always makes me sad too. I personally am drawn to a personality over facial features.
