Great job thank you. This proves two things to me. Firstly, Version 1 are far better than version 4. And Secondly, Heidi is incredibly hit and miss in live performances.
WOW, I am the first person waving the NO 6 MEMBER TOUR EVER but this was something else!!! beautiful beautiful, just goes to show the imense talent uncovered by the band through the years
And to think that this song was written by Diane Warren The Greatest Female Songwriter of this generation. In North America 🌎 🇺🇸 her songs are played every day.
Thank you! I did it not for comparison, each of them have their own strengths and weaknesses. All of them are competent singers. And if they one day do a show with all of the 6, it would be great.
Yeah, this is a mashup of 2 different versions of the same music, one is orchestral of 2023 (that I used the instrumental), the other is the "official" live version of 2009, they are 2 different types of music. The two versions have differences between them, so the voice technique would be different as well (timing, vibratos, harmonies... and so) Besides I did not edit their voices (only the volume not the tones, to keep it natural). Maybe they never sing it together as a sextet, but if would happen, I bet they would do so much better than this fanmade mashup.
Sugababe songs are like Spice Girl songs, in that each line or verse is unique to whichever orignal member 1st sang it. Even though I am so happy Sioban will get the chance to showcase her incredible voice as a Sugababe, I can't adjust to her singing Heidi's lyrics or when Amelle would sing Mutya's lyrics.
I don't want to throw shade here and I generally get the "missing member x" - thing, but honestly... How can you miss Heidi and Amelle on such performances? They both sound horrible, especially Heidi was really bad here! No comparison at all to Mutya and Siobhan...
@maritta2504 that's because u are not a real, true Sugababes fan. Myself and the real army of sugababes fans miss Heidi and Amelle. The real fans loved all line ups. U are not a real fan. U are a bitchy mean 1.0 fan.
Unfortunately this is the only show 4.0 done Too Lost in You. And I wanted to use only 2 videos to mash because if I used one more, it would take even more time editing. And this one took me 2 whole weeks
Ficou otimo! Ainda prefiro nessa música especifica a Heidi,rs.
Amelle step to the back of the stage you're safe Keisha, Mutya and Heidi congratulation you're the winners of this challenge Siobhan and Jade I'm sorry my dears but it's time for both you to sashay away
What is evident is how CLEAR you can hear Mutya, Keisha and Siobhan over the other three imposters, OG Three will always reign supreme, also that was a hot mess from the Sweet 7 crew towards the end 😭😭 what on earth
Can't belive that in 2023 there are still people who celebrate Heidi and the other replacement. It was horrible what they did to Keisha and there are no "two sides". A black woman was left unemployed, stigmatized, traumatized, humiliated and robbed of something that was a big part of her identity. That there are still people who think it's a good idea to edit them together in pictures and videos is crazy to me. Is it really so hard to let go of the backstabbing blond Becky and the other bystander? If so, why can't you just support them individually?
Well. I agree that what they did to Keisha was horrible. And I have always been totally "Team Keisha"! Buuut... There is no deniying that especially Heidi really helped establish the band and helped them becomming as successful as they were. I genuinely doubt they would have ever been as successful with Siobhan (as much as I love her). Even Amelle (who, honestly, is my least favourite member by far and personally, I do blame her for most of what happened) did contribute to extend the livespan of the band. Because lets face it, if Mutya had stayed, they probably would have gone on hiatus after Taller, and a comeback some years later would have bombed. And while I really condemn what they did to Keisha, it has probably contributed a fair bit to why this comeback has been going so well lately!
@@maritta2504 Heidi served her purpose at the time but I think you overestimate her part. They changed labels and producers for the second album and adopted a commercial sound. That's what made it more "commercially" successful. And there also were Keisha and Mutya. You known, the girls who laid the ground work, wrote the songs and made the band cool. My post also wasn't intended to compare Heidi and Siobhan but more about Keisha and her trauma.
@@kiotonobody7922 I don't think I overestimated Heidis part. She made a great deal of the bands more "approachable" public image and increased appeal. I don't dispute the fact that she probably had the least influence on the band's sound, since she always seemed as the least creative of them all.... And the fact her singing abilities were quite bad. However, just the music isn't all that makes bands successful. It's also a lot about image and how they are perceived by the public. Just look at Mutya's solo career. She has the voice, the writing talent, some big ass names collaborated with her, she came from one of the biggest bands at that time - and still she failed to really make a lasting impression with her solo work. The other side of this for example is Cheryl Cole. She isn't the best live singer, and while she has a rather unique voice, it's nowhere near as good as Mutya's. But she is incredibly charming and likeable, and a good entertainer. She had the tunes as well, and she has been way more successful then Mutya. And the reason is... Her public image. Don't get me wrong, I am also tired if people constantly saying they want Heidi back or that Sugababes should include her nowedays yada yada yada. But downplaying her role in the Band like that is just ignorant. Heidi probably has been the favourite member of the majority of fans back in Sugababes haydays, up until she decided to backstab Keisha. And even then, lot of the people argued that she still also put incredibly much work into the Band as well. And that's a thing you really can't deny her, even if you don't agree with her behaviour at the end of the band (which again, I also really despise)
@@maritta2504 If that's true, then it would be really sad that the band needed a white, blonde mediocre singer to make them more "approachable" to the British public. But again, that's not what my original post was about.
@@lukefrew631it doesn't sound like Jade is off key here, her voice and style just kind of "clashes" with Keisha. Amelle and Heidi are, and they are harmonizing, that's why it's very noticable. Heidi and Amelle also both quite murder their verses 😶
I also think she is by far the weakest singer of them all. However, I do believe she can sing. She just lacks technique and consistency. Her voice also sounds weakend here, either because she was a bit sick or had already sung very much previously.
Here is 3 factors. 1st: I used the orchestral instrumental for this mashup and didn't edited the tones of 4.0 for that instrumental, that's why all 3 of them sound so off. (I choose not to edit the tones to keep it sounding natural) 2nd: This is the video of Sugababes Sweet 7 Launch Party. They sang the night live, even Jade was already not reaching the lowest notes. 3rd: The quality of the audios, 1.0 I got HQ audio, but 4.0 I got a SD audio. I worked on it the sound a bit clearer, but nothing that could ever compare to an HQ. Not defending one or another, only explaining why 4.0 is sounding not so good in this technically.
