Banana Oatmeal Muffins:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp monk fruit or stevia
2 cups oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
dry fruits and nuts of your choice about 1 to 1 1/2 cup
Bake at 375 F for 22-25 min
