Top of my head the sugars we use: Fructose, Sucrose, Lactose, Maltose, Glucose. If you are even mildly overweight and in good shape [ not under fed as some are ) omitting sugary drinks is wisest as you get older. The Sedentary life many have and high fructose corn syrup from soda pop and fast food items seems to add to type two diabetes. Avoid a high blood sugar, which can damage tissue in higher blood concentrations.

In simple... Mithas... Jis din mein mithas hoga usme sugar hoga... Chahe woh grains ho ya kuch bhi. .. Sabji, dal, chawal, fruits sabme mein sugar hain... Additional intake ki jaroorat nahi hain...
