Found Footage of northern Michigan's Sugar Loaf Ski Ski resort. Now defunct-2000 Footage circa-1984(?) Let me know if you have any stories or info on Sugar Loaf, thanks!
I worked at Sugar Loaf right after these videos were taken. This is from approx. 1983-4. Trust me, I dated the hot ski instructor in the red jacket and we moved to Colorado in 1987.
It's at least after 85 because of the valet scene. I don't doubt you worked there , but it's a 1985-88 Pontiac Grand Am. Without the car, we'd have never known. Could have gotten it real early like in late 84, but that's a thing of today not back then. Hell now you can get a 2021 Snowmobile before April 2020. For clarification: I'm bored sometimes and I love to figure out a car model from pictures. (1 hour scouring google for Pontiac, Buick and Olds pictures) They didn't make the Grand Am from 80-85. I was able to narrow it down to the Grand Am because of how the parking lights in the front and the tail lights come around the side but on a 90 degree angle, not slanted like 89 and up Grand Am's or other models. Best reference picture I can find is on Google Images with different wheels though: lh3.googleusercontent.com/proxy/fmSL1YZEKY0ocq3CepJQxbZjfkneFWpjIgclDdPeYeoIeeAKy1rNKsfe8X-dpZiXSmyDkdHwZzt6wUc3d9lHV3_M1Da9skTwxA33OJz1Ch1Kbd9QFZZe02CklPJXDu9Ag7yMLRtOOA
Gotta love that 80's music, I hate to disagree with the guy at timestamp 6 minutes and 16 seconds however you can match that view at ski resorts out west just saying
