I guess it also has to do with Pizzelle being a Gremlin like The Noise. If you think about it. One of Pizzelle's Taunts has them pushing a button "Letting their inner Noise out" like how The Noise did in the first Pizza tower demo. Also, Noise and Noisette eat candy. Noise perfers to eat candy rather than Pizza, and Pizzelle is a Baker. So i guess this ansers that the escape themes being connected to the Protagonist is likely true. Peppino is Scared most of the game so It's Pizza Time links to his Anxiety. And noise is careless most of the time, so i guess distasteful anchovie connects to his unhinged and careless personality. In conclusion, since Pizzelle is a Baker with anxiety and is a Gremlin, i guess we can say that Glucose Getaway describes that Pizzelle is Insane.

considering this song was made during the era of the old lore with it being a sequel where the noise got amnesia after burning down peppino's pizza and causing peppino to go insane making him pizzano (old name: the cream puff) it probably was intentional
