Yes he was, he was considered bad, because he was what we call in the streets or in prison "a Gorilla" Someone that uses his size or power to extort others, and of course he drove over and killed someone out of anger, plus he is a liar, he lied on an interview saying he never extorted vanilla ice, and he is good at keeping a str8 face when he lies. So that means, he probably lied a lot. And he is good at talking, that is why you think he is not a bad guy, because of the way he carries himself on tv.
