Nope, Sabaton's drummer is Floor's husband. Kai is Nightwish's drummer though, so now 2 of Wintersun's guys plays in Nightwish

Kai from Nightwish on the drums. Sabaton's drummer is Floor's husband. The bassist is now in Nightwish, right. The band is now called Winterwish.

The Drummer and the bass players are now both in Nightwish. So Nightwish is third Wintersun now. Floor is married to the drummer from Sabaton. I’m sure other commenters mentioned all that in more details by now. Cheers!

Guys, the drummer here is Kai Hahto, who is currently Nightwish's drummer. Floor's husband, Hannes van Dahl, is indeed a drummer, but he drums for Sabaton. And yes, bass player, Jukka Koskinen is now the current session bassist for Nightwish.

The drummer from Sabaton is Flooor`s husband. Not Kai Hunto. Kai Hunto is Wintersun drummer and he replaced the original nightwish drummer several years ago. And he is in Nightwish together with bassist who now replaced Marco. So we have 2 wintersun musicians in nightwish band now.

This was one of the band's I found out by going to a show for a different band, and then they blew me away. Jari and the rest of the band had amazing energy. He also was only doing vocals (at our show anyways) so during some parts he would fret the notes while Teemu strummed or vice versa, was really cool showmanship.

The first time I heard this song I had the same reaction concerning the screaming singing but now I don't mind it anymore. I am so jealous of the guys having those long fingers lol and playing those beautiful riffs! I tried to play the guitar but I couldn't. And seeing Kai with all that sweat in his eyes....I am always amazed that he can find the right part of his drumkit to bash on lol!!

Love the backing vocals in this one, Jukka the bassist that helps Nightwish now proves he can sing. But they probably won't be using his voice much. Anyway there is a 3rd in the trilogy of the Time I album, which is pretty much played completely in this studio: Land of Snow ane Sorrow. You should do it next, it's awesome

Floors huby is Hannes van dahl the sabaton drummer.This drummer is the incredible Kai who is nightwish drummer. Jukka is the session bassst and obviously fits Kasi great in rhythm section .

Every time I hear this and Time, I get more and more convinced that they deserve to be a rare "newer addition" to my short list of the best tracks of all time. And I say that as a middle-aged music listener whose pantheon of the best tracks of all time is mostly much older stuff that I grew up listening to. But you can't deny what incredible masterpieces they both are. They're long but remain interesting throughout and they're technically proficient but also emotional at the same time. Fantastic compositions performed amazingly well.

The drummer?? i hope you know that this drummer is Kai from Nightwish right..lol.. and yes now Jukka is seesion bass player for the upcoming tour, they call it, but i do think he will be full member, but he actually isnt yet.. Wintersun is amazing to build up songs.. and make changes, they dont change the song from hard to soft, they just do these fantastic buildups, and really know how to build up a sound.. Well, Nightwish keep taking their members (they did want to join to) but i really do hope they also find good replacement..as its a damn cool band, and somehow also the saviour of Nightwish.. so they deserve support these guys..

I understand Jari, the singer, composed everything in the song *except* drums. Kai himself composed them. So he could once get a piece that's just as masterful on drums than his full skill range.

It's becoming so funny that you are not researching even a little bit the songs and bands that you are going to react. You are throwing so many diamonds 😅 I admit though that in some songs was not that fun, like Poet and the pendulum for example.
