Some people argue that metalcore and deathcore are sub genres of hardcore punk. Hardcore punk of course, is not metal. But you know what I say? If it has screaming and growling, blast beats, and drop tuned guitars, it’s probably metal lol

lllllle4 agreed, some of them are better overall vocalists, but Phil’s lows like in the somatic defilement and the EPs/demos from before the somatic defilement are the best lows you will ever hear in any genre

Just watch this whole show to see some of the best vocals you'll ever here/see. Everybody who hit that stage that night brought 110% for Mitch and SS. Best performance of the night personally is Jon Davy. Surprise is Danny Worsnop. MVP Randy Blythe.
