Similar tom rolls and the studio version used a minor 9th while this guy just uses the octave. The korn song really stacks up and emphasizes that minor 9th with the perfect fifth while in the SS song the perfect fifth is more or less implied because the guitar tone creates a tone of feedback and overtones. Though it still works as a straight octave with the right guitar tone and right hand technique. Because Rick, Chris, and Mark all use their guitars more as percussive instruments
Hey man! Is it alright if I rip the audio from this video to use for a vocal cover? I would obviously give you the credit for the instrumental and put links to your channel as well. Thanks!
Tuning? And do you have your own tabs you’ve come up with? All of the tabs I find online are all vastly different and none of them sound even remotely right. I’m trying to also compare the melodic and harmonic structure to Divine by Korn to see how their usage of diminished fifths differs from Korn’s
Hey man! I want to do a bass cover of that song. Would you be awesome and send me this but without the bass? I'd use it in my video. Of course you'd be credited. You up bro?
