I’ll always be a fan of Suicide Silence, but I feel like they’ll never top this album. Mitch brought an energy that just cannot seem to be replicated. One of the very best metal albums ever.

I get the lyrics are not relatable to people who are going through self harm, but if a band's music helps you get your anger and frustration out and helps you keep away from cutting or doing more damage to yourself them yes, they are technically saving your life even though you're doing most of that yourself. Also - most people who cut don't do it because they're friends do @Michael Butts so maybe get your facts straight before preaching to the choir.
