You know the writers really outdid themselves when the boss fight against Luca Blight, a mortal man, feels much more epic than fighting a two-headed wolf monster that is the physical manifestation of bloodlust! Don't get me wrong, this boss fight is pretty awesome, but like most RPGs it only takes your A-team to win. With Luca, it took the combined efforts of your entire freaking army (which is composed of experienced knights, martial artists, ninjas, mercenaries, sorcerers, beastmen, beasts, strategists, ect.), the betrayal of Luca's own chief strategist and righ-hand man (Leon Silverburg and Jowy), a three-pronged ambush, and a couple of miracles to bring him down! Seriously, that fight was nuts!
Great job taking on the final boss with McDouche and the squad! The Beast rune fight looks intense. It's impressive to see your fully roided-out top tiers in action. Keep up the great content, Avarice!
Went for the cool route for a team. Throughout the game I stuck to about 10 other characters: Ncdohl, Gengen, Gaboche, Luc, Millie, Gantetsu, Anita, Vincent, Shiro and Feather for shits and giggles. I didn't choose a strong bunch but I liked their eccentricities.
FUCK THIS FIGHT!! omg this fight was hard . even with level 99 george and level 99 anita I still had to fight this thing 3 times and i barely won on my last try. the parts and rune is so annoying one part revives the rune the other staus effects and the rune revives all parts. so damn annoying. i think I screamed a bit on this one lol my macdohl vanished right before i seieged the castle for some reason. the last thing i hear is be careful michael and then poof gone. so my fighting team was me,hix,tengra, anita, and valeria.
That darn leg. Always resurrecting and healing. That's why it's gotta be the first to go. How did you get your characters to attack multiple times? Isn't there just one double beat rune in the game? Sorry, haven't played in years, I don't really remember everything about it.
4 years later for the answer, but the double beat rune can be farmed at the start of the game off those ... bunnies I think? If you try and farm them though you can't get a characters special event because it'll take a lot of time. I think my last playthrough most of my characters were using the double beat because it outdamaged any physical type rune.
North Sparrow Pass, Cut Rabbits there have a 2% chance to drop a Double Beat rune. Also a 2% drop chance from White Tigers in the area around Muse in the later half of the game.
Shame this epic final battle only has been seen by 24k people yet fortnite gets 10 million watch counts for afiminine men act like the people from San Francisco.
