Hi Richard and Liv, new subscriber here. Great video and well put together and thanks for taking us along on the adventure. We are looking to do this route and VLOG a wild camp in the spring. Take care Simon & Mark
That absolutely looks like somewhere you "shouldn't" camp at but simply cant resist! I'd also be thinking about strong winds and cold nights, glad it was calm. Seeing your videos really makes me miss camping, locked inside far too long!
Thanks Richard a really good video of the route and a hill I keep dreaming of doing. It was in my itinerary a few years ago but unfortunately got sick the day before. Kind regards. 👍🌞⛺🍻
Nice one guys. I remember the climb up very well. Slippy, moving gravel, and rain which made my specs wet and difficult to see. Looks like you got a break in the weather too.
Thanks Benjamin. When we were approaching the climb up to the ridge some rain and clouds moved it, but thankfully got up before the weather moved back in for the evening
Hi...I realise you are using the closure of the 3F 35l backpack in "load lifter mode". does this works well? or is it just a compromise to a normal load lifter? seems to me it depends how full the backpack is loaded. and not really for a rainy day, I guess. or is it enough/good solution?
@@RichardCheng I see! I lived in Scotland for 5 years many years ago and did many hikes including some long walks and about 30 Munros. I absolutely loved this special country but had to leave. Now I have settled in the Vancouver area of BC, Canada but still watches many landscape and hiking videos. Thank you for sharing your adventures.
