Very detail in depth explanation. Please let me share your experience the performance of wet grinding in sujatha withstands with wetgrinder. Vada, dosa, idlis coming as good as if we grind in wet grinder? Please reply as I couldn't find anything in this regard.

@@unnikrishnanraju4711 Thanks dear. You made my job easier. Everyone has been telling me that Sujata is more for commercial use, why do I need 900 watts for domestic use. I anyway use my wet grinder for making idli batter. But since I want a sturdy and long lasting / durable mixer grinder so that it can do the job perfectly well however less might be the quantity or frequency of making. I will have to buy the coconut extractor jar too as I need to make coconut milk very often.
