I have also same experience with Sujata Service Center. 1. Its Service Center is 250km far away from my place. 2. Its Customer Care is very very WORST. They are always Busy.

Hi. thank you for this wonderful review. Planning to buy this. But under some other review videos, few people commented that sujata jars are of bad quality, bad materials and leaks happen a lot. Not sure whether to believe that since this brand is heavily used in commercial purposes too. Is it true as per your long term usage ?
I have not faced any issue related to leaking.but steel quality of the jars can definitely be improved. I am pretty satisfied with the overall performance.
I was confused between buying juicer and dynamix , but as you said you were able to blend spinach, beetroot. I guess I will ditch the juicer n go for dynamix
I got my Sujata dynamix today only and I checked if I am able to change the blade to use mincing and whisking blade and I could. It can be removed and other blade can be placed.
I have recently bought the same mixer. I have figured out the way of locking and unlocking the extra blades (whipping and chopping ones). Do you still need help with that?
@@NancyGuptaJain You have to hold the black wheel that’s beneath the jar with your left hand, and then fix the back part of spatula on the blade and turn it clockwise to unlock the blade. Make sure you hold the black wheel tight enough so it doesn’t move. In the beginning, it might be a little difficult but you have to really apply the pressure while rotating it clockwise. Then for locking the blade apply the same process but rotate the spatula anti-clockwise. When you’ll do it 3-4 times, it will be easier to lock and unlock. Its only the first time it is difficult.

Have replied and solve problems of blade fixing. If it is not fix in anticlockwise direction or as per instructions it is possible both blade and it's tightening nut might be defective.
I carried the part along with invoice to the service centre to get the service done. But before that I discussed with the customer service provider in our area and followed his direction.

@@NancyGuptaJain Tried detaching the holder by turning anti-clockwise real hard but it does not open up. Either it is too tight (or ) jammed. But the shaky play of the holder exists in all directions.

Thanks :) I have no experience with turmeric as of now. But as per the manual you can grind spices .For turmeric you definitely need to break it into small pieces before grinding.

Nice review .we have been using 550 watts sumeet mixie for almost 23 yrs recently we had issue with wet grinding for dosa batter .so planned for purchasing sujata dynamix.very nice explanation.i enquired on offline they are offering 4800 . The brand is good as per ur review the rust is happening after few washes as i have checked with few friends hope sujata brand should overlook into that.May be people who have bought online may have rust formation after few washes .any how thanks for ur review

Nancy, I have a few questions. Pls answer if possible. Are the blades of all jars fixed? I have seen same model old video where chutney jar had double blades design or 4 pronged design. Is it possible to make peanut butter in middle jar? What all can the largest jar be used for? Which one to use to make butter from cream? Is the design of the blades same in all the jars? Wish you had shown that also in the video. Sujatha claims long running time, but everyone claims it heats up a lot, so then that feature is not of any use. Having used this Sujatha mixer and also maybe from other friends and family experience, which other 750W+ mixer grinder would you recommend? Do you have any recommendation for stick blender, with fixed stick?

A big Lie I've been selling Sujata from past 10years..i dont have any single complaint.. And she's talking about Rust in Jars. A big Lie. Plz dont spoil image of such a good product just to ensure your Promotion. And you must have bought it online. Local Shopping karte toh apko shopkeeper turant naya piece de dega... As I have ordered this product online last year during corona , So according to you I should not order it online & search for a local shop in a city like Bangalore, keeping my health at risk?
