Agar aap v try kro...to dough milate waqt usme 2 spoon maida add krke fir uske chote-chote smooth balls taiyar krna...warna balls frying pan k tali me chipakne lgaenge.... I tried this recipe ...it turned out so yummy.....if you are facing any problem while frying the balls just add 2 tablespoon of maida in the milk while cooking...it's yummy 😋

Wow.. This recipe is totally amazing... It turned bad in the slot of frying but after coating the balls into maida... It fried well without cracks nd turned Perfect 👌

The failure attempts are of those people who did not make their oil hot enough to fry the balls and that's the reason why they all splattered .

This is the best gulab jamun recipe ever. Just note that in case you use full cream milk like amul gold etc there is a chance you'd end up with broken pieces while frying. Instead go for cow milk and it will work like a charm. No need to add refined flour as it makes the thing crunchy and keeps the syrup from getting to the core.

For all those who said the jamuns were hard after trying this. I would like to tell you'll I tried it at home today and it's perfect measurements which I took: 1/2 cup rava 1 1/2 cup of milk 1 cup of sugar for sugar syrup(don't make the syrup too thick I added 1 cup of water) 2 spoons of ghee try this method the gulab jamuns will be very soft you need to knead the dough really soft to get perfect gulab jamuns

I tried it. Firstly : I Needed 100 jamun therefore Used 4 cups of Suji but the dough came so much that it could make 500 jamun. I had to throw away the remaining dough. Please give the quantity or servings when you upload a cooking video. Secondly: I rolled them into crack it crease free jamun and then fried. But the jamun on frying developed cracks and were half broken. I made them this for a family function and all had high hopes on me because I usually make jamun with milk powder with cream and they come out so well. Alas these were a disastrous.

May be your sugar syrup was too thick that why it didnt went inside the gulab jamun and it became hard from inside

I made it but it tasted like halwa dipped in sugar syrup. This is nothing as compared to the actual gulab jamun.

yes absolutely right i made both recipes bread gulaab jamun and suji gulab jamun both tastes was not good as compared actual gulab jamun.

I tried it today,I substituted milk powder to maida and fried on high flame,they were ok,bus chasni me upper ki layer nikalne ka dar hai

if u don’t have milk u can also add milk powder. But don’t forget to add very little all purpose flour else it will break and become halwa
