Love? What kind of love is that? Suleiman cheated on hurrem so many times even after she told him not to. He saw how much it hurt her and he still kept doing it. She said that the sun wont rise for her again if he slept with firuze, and he still did it. He treated her like an object so many times. That's not love. And hurrem also manipulated and deceived him so much. That relationship is so toxic. Im not talking about real life, im talking about this show. Both Suleiman and hurrem's characters on this show are nasty people

The actor who plays Sultan Sulayman is magnificent, in every scene. Like the actress for Hurrem. They are both able to act pure and raw emotions, you completely forget they are only actors. Having two magnificent actors of the highest quality both in the main roles, it isn't surprising that this serie got so many followers worldwide.

This is the one thing that bothers me. It’s always Hurrem this, Hurrem that….. like others weren’t far crueler or didn’t initiate whatever assault caused her to lash out in defense. Sure in her later years, she was cruel for seemingly no reason, but they MADE her. Mahidevran and Hatiçe have no right to claim Hurrem was the sole evil one…..

The scene is heavy. When Suleiman ordered everyone out of the room, the impression was that he had once again realised the strength and support he had received from Hürrem. In my opinion, all the female relatives are hoping for Mustafa, and are just waiting for a change of power. And Hatice is preventing this with her own actions, making one mistake after another, and Mustafa is once again out of favour.

Selim spent his life being drunk or on laps of harem women ,his wife Nurbano edged him to enjoy such a life so tht he was generally too drunk to care about kingdom affairs and before he knew it Nurbano was controlling most of Ottomon empire and Salim never even understood what happened to him. ☘

He was much more than a good man ..or a husband or father...he was a TRUE statesman thats why Hurrem trusts him with her life and also her kids & he NEVER lets her Hurrem down. His loyalty wasn't ever questioned..only Mihiriham pushed him over the edge with her coldness..if he had confided in Hurrem what Mihiriham behavior towards him was ..it wud ve saved a lot of misery tht followed . ☘ If Hurrem hadn't died at 58 yrs of age ..who knows if Salim wud ve even ruled ,Beyazid wud ve lived ,Rustem wud ve possibly ruled several states of Ottomon empire along with Mihiriham. Brothers,sisters kill each other ,one can tolerate others going ahead but not one's own brother/sister . Think about it . ☘

But it gets proved time and again to Mehmet & even Mihirimah that their aumts support Mahidevran & her son Mustafa over Hurrem and their mother keeps fighting for their very survival. Its so sad that a Queen and Suleyiman's legal wife Hurrem was constantly scared for her and her kids lives. Common ppl assumed Hurrem had so much power ..but in reality if she didn't use her own ways to constantly stay one up her enemies she and thn her kids wud suffer the most. The only mistake she does is she lets Mehmet be so innocent and pure( never involving him in any fight against Mahidevran yet Mahidevrankeeps running to Mustafa at d drop of a hat and keeps crying bitterly)..tht even when Suleyiman beats him in a mock sword fight ,he sees total surrender (no fear) for his father ...that makes Suleyiman lov his son Mehmet all the more .. Yet its this very innocence that Mehmet's friends use to get close to him and kill him. It takes yrs of nuturing and protection of Hurrem to turn him into a man and thn taken away frm her so easily. 💔 Its a weird system...one not very difficult to understand but one very difficult to digest...cause we grew up understanding d Hindu Kshtriyas system ..which held the Queens over & above d concubines. In this system the concubines hav no power and cudnt even think of 'talking back to a Queen 'forget beating or killing . Plus all kids of the King were kept alive in case one son died the next son wud take d throne ..and all others wud stay in various palaces, get stipends every month and wud take up other posts . Unlike the Solomon empire where all d brothers were killed by one brother to ensure he ruled without any interruptions.

9:20 from the flashbacks, the most possible person that did the Hurrem missing case is Hatice. She is the sister of Suleiman, the wife of Ibrahim Pasha. She got the power to do it plus keep blaming Suleiman for husband death and told to kill Hurrem, she wouldnt care if Suleiman is sad towards Hurrem missing. Sure Mahidevran hate Hurrem and try to poison before, but after all these yrs she care for Mustafa the most but not Sultan love. And Mustafa wouldnt let Suleiman and his siblings to be sad.

I swear Gulfem and Mahidevran are the dumbest sultanas I have ever seen. 1.Gulfem has no power, and she follows Hatice,Sah and Mahidevran like a maid🤣. 2.
