At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Valide did not make peace with Hurrem, she started an all out war with her by turning the harem against her so they attacked Hurrem tried to kill her, and burned her face. Then Valide let those biotches who were responsible back into the harem.When Hurrem saw them she took a fit kachnipshion,and almost strangled them, but was stopped!! She confronted Valide, but she could not do anything because she could not make any accusations to Suleyman about his mother. But, Suleyman must of known that Valide was responsible, since she did have a history of trying to get vengeance on Hurrem many times in the past. Suleyman, it can be said seemed to also get his jollies by putting the women of the harem against one another. He knew that Hatice and his sisters hated Hurrem, especially Hatice, who tried to kill her numerous times, and Shah and Fatma who were always trying to get her in trouble. But he always turned a blind eye to it. When he brought Firenze and Isabella to the palace and it aggravated Hurrem to no end, then both Firenze and Isabella disappeared suddenly, like Suleyman couldn't have guessed that Hurrem got them both out of the way, but he didn't care!! And they had Ibrahim to protect them from Suleyman's wrath as well, he did destroy the letters that Hurrem wrote to him about the incident, so all he heard is that there was a dire, but did not tell Suleyman about the rebellion in the harem, and when he found out what Ibeahim did by keeping it from the Sultan, Ibrahim, put another nail in his unmarked grave!!!!
