Probably should have ventured into bodybuilding tbh. The physique far outreached the lifting. He is remembered now for his impressive physique 40 years later, even his contemporaries within a few years could lift significantly more, but none looked like him.
The lonely stay very strong after hes retirement.... at 50 Y.O (in despite of an enormous obesity) he was able to snatch 130 and Clean/jerk 180 just after a short warm up !...... Manfred Nerlinger 10 years after retirement in a jubilee meeting snatch 95 and Clean jerk 130 with a great difficulty.

(im mixed arab and Ukrainian)....Sultan was mixed Uzbeck and ukrainian.....and more..hes ukrainian side was half christian half jewish .like my great father !
