SUMAN na SAGING
Ingredients:
2 cups grated Ripe bananas (SABA)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 can evaporated milk (small)
3/4 brown sugar
2 tbsp vanilla extract
For wrapping:
Banana Leaves
Procedure:
1. Peel and Grate the Ripe bananas. ( you can use blender or food processor to easily grind)
2. In a bowl put the grated bananas add flour, vanilla, evaporated milk and sugar. Mix well and set aside.
3. For wrapping, set on fire the Banana leaves until wilt for about 10-15 sec.
4. Put a moderate amount of mixture in banana leaves and fold it.
5. Place the wrapped mixture in steamer with boiling water and cook for about 45 mins. - 1hour. Until cook. (you can go for a boiling method but I preferred steam cooking method)
6. Serve and enjoy.
