Tier lists are based on tournament results, matchup charts, the character’s individual metagame (basically how many options they have in common situations), and the metagame as a whole. Tiers don’t create matchups, matchups create tiers. Don’t “Lil’ bro” someone when you don’t even know what you’re talking about, lil’ bro.
