It's a clunker! ===== This is a super short animation made by one guy! See me on Twitter to see what I'm up to! Do not repost. ◆tiwtter: / gensho_yasuda ◆tiktok: / gensho_yasuda
I don't know why this showed in my recommended, but I'm glad it did. I can't believe this is not an actual anime, tbh I would watch the hell out of it. The robot-maids are so cute 🥰
It would take the top few studios to collaborate at a near record breaking sum at least to animate something like this full time and full screen, or it would lose most of its charm. So .. there's a reason we don't see quality like this.
@@yorgash2193but these short videos are pretty much animated by one person though. It's a CGI with anime style rather than drawings, which would make the workload a little bit lighter I would assume. Not that I'm saying these aren't impressive. These are amazing, but compared to the work that has to be done. It's just not comparable imo. These won't take top few studios to animate. I think even a small studio could do something like these
These get periodically bundled up. They're originally posted as RU-vid shorts, which are a YT video type designed to drive "tik tok" type content. Short, oriented to be viewed on a phone, and they give extra payout money for a short time based on views/upvotes/comments at a higher rate than normal videos. But it's inconvenient to have your whole body of work stuck in shorts(bad UI, tons of tiny videos), so they are periodically collected in these arc videos.
Been enjoying these adorable shorts for a while and I'm so glad there's a long cut version. Also the motion design and world setting is very interesting.
I usually stay away from less traditional animation but your work is easily better than most of the popular CGI stuff out there. So much character comes through in the movement and facial expressions, and it looks way less stiff as a result. I'm subbing so I can maybe see more longform stuff one day but keep doing your thing! This channel is amazing!
Dude you either need to join an anime company or make your own anime's cause I would definitely watch them without the voice acting cause you're animations are that awesome
I almost feel like adding voice would actually take away their charm. Part of what I love about these short clips is how effectively they convey story, character development, and world building without any audio to spell it out. That and the existing sound effects carry a powerful impact that defies language.
@AloisAgos oh I absolutely agree with you on that and that's why I said if he were to make an anime that didn't had voice acting I'd still would watch them cause of his animations are so awesome sorry if I wasn't more clearer about it 😅
A Random Anime Plot I made up for Salt and No. 0 (their names come from a community post from Gensho) Salt is the daughter of 2 brilliant scientists who often work more on their projects rather than taking care of Salt. To help raise her, and to focus on their work, her parents made No. 0, a nanny robot who looks after and cares for Salt while they work at the lab. Salt has practically been raised by No. 0, and for her 17th birthday she decided to break away from her sheltered life and decides to embrace the outside world and what it offers.
