I finished Ship 30 a little over a week ago and got so much value from it! Now I'm reading your book on ghostwriting because I know it's going to give me a ton of value as well! Thanks, Cole!
Bought the book and highlighted like 50 different pages with critical information or mindsets that blew my mind. Love it man. Worth its weight in gold!
Just watched the podcast you did with Ali. I can't believe you're giving away free stuff. Currently reading your book about ghostwriting. I'm so interested on doing this. Thank you!
Hola. Enjoyed the video (short and sweet). I found the "go to the client" concept quite interesting. Simple, yet with many-a-writer describing themselves as an Introvert, I can see why this concept is so key for an aspiring writer to achieve whatever level of success their after. Stay cool. ☮
I think the difference between your definition of ghostwriting and my definition of copywriting is pretty negligible, I’d say we likely share 95% of the same perspective on business/writing/etc. and I call myself a freelance copywriter… but potayto potahto. But I am rather tired of the view that “freelancer” is a dirty word or less than “business owner.” I would say I’m both, and you can be both and be successful. But there is absolutely a mindset shift needed to go from struggling freelancer to well-payed freelancer, which I think was your point anyhow. Anyway, I’m talking in circles now. Great video! The more people who can learn to make money writing on the internet, the better, no matter what you call it. 😊
Loved your content. I am a beginner and confused between copywriting, content writing and ghostwriting. Which should I start learning to earn good amount of money through freelancing. Please reply 🙏
Thank you so much for this much needed explanation Nicolas, to the people entering this world of finding a ghostwriter! It can be tough and there are some shady people out there. I was lucky to have my book written and published through a Houston Based company Writers Of The West and that saved me a great amount of time and hassle!
Can ANYONE interested in writing start a career as a digital writer? Hey Cole! I've been digging through your content for a bit (including the books) and felt like I should point out that I'm still struggling to get that question answered. I know that it is a resounding YES, but I don't see it being directly addressed anywhere. I imagine a lot of people may have the same experience that I have: being scared to devote time to writing without knowing for sure that they don't need a degree or years of experience to start getting results. I don't know if that's in your radar already but it could be nice to make a video or post something directly addressing "What exactly do you need to start a career as a digital writer?". It surely will resonate with a lot of people that watch your content already! If anything like that already exists, I would appreciate if you could point me to it. Thank you for your time!
Will add to my list, but the short answer is: you need curiosity and a desire to improve, and that’s it. Zillions of success stories of everyday people becoming legendary writers. Stop getting in your own way!!
Wait, charging per word is worse than charging per hour😮😮?! Can anyone kindly explain a bit more on this? I thought charging by word is a kind of lower-income productization, which seems to be a little better than charging an hourly rate😅...
This video as a copy sucks. I’ll assume that this video is for people completely new ghostwriting. I am too unaware of what it is. The first thing the video should tell is what ghostwriting is. Even if your trying to intrigue or making an loop, the value provided at the start is not enough for intrigue. And the video doesn’t even tell what ghostwriting is. Either this videos is bad or the title is bad
